Claudia Costin

President, Instituto Singularidades

Co-founder of Todos Pela Educação. Member of the UNESCO UIL - Institute for Lifelong Learning - and the Qatar Foundation Board.

Claudia Costin is president of Instituto Singularidades, a reference center for training teachers and education specialists. She founded and directed the Educational Policy Center at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She was the World Bank's Global Director of Education and was a member of the International Labour Organization's (ILO) Global Commission on the Future of Work. She is a visiting professor at the Faculty of Education at Harvard University, having also taught at PUC-SP, Insper and Enap (Canada). She was Minister of State Administration and Reform, Secretary of Culture of the State of São Paulo and Secretary of Education for the city of Rio de Janeiro. She is a co-founder of the civil society movement Todos Pela Educação. Since the end of 2020, she has been a member of the UNESCO UIL - Institute for Lifelong Learning - and the Qatar Foundation Board.
