Dr. Lynn Archer

Director of Education

Lynn Archer is a lifelong educator and leader dedicated to equity, belonging, and inclusive learning in British Columbia’s school system.

Lynn Archer is an educator who believes passionately in equity, belonging, and learning for all. For over 35 years, Lynn has been supporting children’s and adults’ learning in school systems in British Columbia, Canada. During this time, Lynn has been a teacher, consultant, principal, and most recently an assistant superintendent for the Richmond School District. Lynn has a master’s degree from the University of British Columbia, a post graduate certificate in Transformative Educational Leadership, and her doctorate in educational leadership from Western University in, Ontario.
