Júlio César Bezerra

With a Master's degree in Applied Computing from the State University of Ceará and a degree in Telematics from the Federal Center for Technological Education of Ceará, he has extensive experience in the management and implementation of educational and innovation projects. At the Ceará State Department of Education, he led vocational education and social entrepreneurship initiatives, positively impacting thousands of students. As a professor and coordinator of Information Systems and Internet Systems courses at the Catholic University Center of Quixadá, he promoted research and innovation projects. Since 2018, he has worked at the Associação Bem Comum, currently as a member of the institution's management group, holding the position of Director of Municipal Programs.
